Important information	To participate in the experience, it is mandatory to bring the original voucher (digital or printed). Each participant’s weight should be between 50 and 118 kg. Participation is possible from the age of 16; participants under 18 require parental or guardian consent. Normal physical health is required. Including check-in, briefing and your run, please allow around one hour for the entire experience – plus potential waiting time. Please arrive 30 minutes before your scheduled time at our check-in counter in The Center at Potsdamer Platz. Please note that tickets with a fixed date and time are non-refundable and non-exchangeable, similar to concert tickets. If you are unable to attend, you may transfer your ticket to another person free of charge.
