For all High Swing participants, admission to the rooftop terrace of the Park Inn Hotel is included.
For accompanying persons who have booked the Sky Walk, admission to the rooftop terrace of the Park Inn Hotel is also included.

For accompanying persons, admission to the rooftop terrace of the Park Inn Hotel is not included in the price.

Don’t forget to bring your ticket – for High Swing and, if applicable, also for Sky Walk.
Please also have your completed participant agreement ready when you arrive.

To participate in the experience, you must bring the original voucher with you (printed or digital).

Your maximum weight must not exceed 118 kg. Participation is permitted from the age of 12; participants under the age of 18 require the consent of a parent or legal guardian. Normal physical health is required.

Including check-in, briefing, and your swing (approx. 4–5 minutes), please allow around 30 to 45 minutes for the entire experience. In some cases, additional waiting times may occur. Please go to the observation deck of the Park Inn Hotel at Alexanderplatz in Berlin. You can reach it via elevator bank A – 35th floor.

Important information:

1. Tickets with a fixed date and time are generally non-refundable and cannot be exchanged, similar to concert tickets.

2. Admission to the rooftop terrace of the Park Inn Hotel is not included in the experience price for accompanying persons and costs an additional €6. If you book a Sky Walk ticket for accompanying persons, the €6 admission fee is already included.

3. If the day is fully booked, it is unfortunately not possible to choose which side of the swing you will use. Don’t worry – the same photos can be taken from either side. Your accompanying person simply needs to position themselves accordingly at our facility. Our team will be happy to assist you. Please note that swinging at the same time as your accompanying person cannot be guaranteed. We will do our best to make this possible.

4. Please make sure to arrive on time for your scheduled appointment. If you arrive late, your ticket may become invalid. Please also note: The last check-in takes place 30 minutes before the start of each break and 30 minutes before closing time.

5. Meeting point: Please arrive 30 minutes before your booked time slot.
Exception: If you have booked the 12:00 PM time slot, please arrive at 12:00 PM. The rooftop terrace is closed before then.

6. Please note that this event takes place in all weather conditions. However, we reserve the right to cancel the event if weather conditions no longer allow the swing to operate safely.
